What You Believe Is Important
A quick Google search will take you to all kinds of people and places, including pop icons, that will help you discover what to believe. What you believe is important; your eternity depends on it. What this church believes is also important for you to know. This church has some non-negotiable beliefs that it stands on. These beliefs – our core doctrines – are beliefs we won’t change for anyone. The Assemblies of God is the covering of Family Life Church, we are accountable and under the authority of the Oregon Ministry Network. This means Family Life Church isn’t out on its own, we are under cover.
Biblical Foundation
It is important to Jesus that your beliefs are leading you to Him. It was important to the Apostles that oversaw the church. Peter tells us:
“…You must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if you are asked about your Christian hope, always be ready to explain it.” - 1 Peter 3:15
“Keep a close watch on yourself and on your teaching (doctrine). Stay true to what is right, and God will save you and those who hear you.” - 1 Timothy 4:16
