Don is the Public Affairs Director of American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME); he is also President of the Chehalem Park & Recreation District Board of Directors. Joe works as a Regional Performance Manager for Diebold. He and his wife Shannon have attended FLC for 6 years. Joe has been involved in leadership with Royal Rangers and the Worship Team (sound). Shannon co-manages Common Grounds. They have 6 children: Joshua, Adam, Kaitlin, Grace, Emily, and Josiah.

Fred and Rachel have attended here 9 years split into two time periods: 1980-1985, and 2004-present. Fred retired from the U.S. Army as a Sergeant First Class after serving for 21 years. Fred & Rachel have 4 children and 11 grandchildren. Fred’s hobbies are woodworking, do-it-your-self projects, mechanics, and vehicle restoration.

Pat & Gene own and operate Thomas Heating and Cooling. They have attended FLC for over 30 years.
